Energy trade with integrity
Noor Al-Faroq Trading Co. is an Afghan-owned trading house headquartered in Mazar-e-Sharif, next to the Hairatan gateway, with offices in Kabul and Herat — importing petroleum products and exporting Afghan cotton.
A trading house that owns its supply chain
Noor Al-Faroq Trading Co. was established to give Afghan businesses what they lacked most: a fuel supplier that controls quality and delivery from the refinery gate to the customer's tank.
We buy directly from refineries and export terminals in Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Iran; we clear and test product at the border; we store it in our own and partner terminals; and we deliver it with a tanker fleet whose drivers are trained to our HSE standards.
Today we supply industrial plants, construction and mining companies, transport fleets, power producers, fuel stations and international organisations across Afghanistan.
In 2026 we opened our second division: export of ginned Afghan cotton, cottonseed and cottonseed cake from the northern cotton belt — applying the same logistics network and quality discipline to outbound trade.
Our mission
To secure Afghanistan's energy supply by importing on-specification petroleum products and delivering them safely, on time and at a fair price.
Our vision
To be the most trusted private energy supply partner in Afghanistan — the benchmark for quality, compliance and HSE in the petroleum trade.
Our values
Integrity in every contract. Safety before speed. Quality that is documented, not promised. Respect for our people, partners and communities.
