Export division

Afghan cotton, ready for the world's mills

From the cotton fields of northern Afghanistan to classed, pressed bales at the port of loading — one accountable partner from farm gate to destination.

Who we are

From Balkh farms to export bales

Alongside our petroleum import business, Noor Al-Faroq operates a dedicated cotton export division based in Mazar-e-Sharif, at the heart of Afghanistan's northern cotton belt.

We buy seed cotton directly from farmers in Balkh, Jawzjan, Faryab, Kunduz and Helmand, gin and press it at partner plants in the region, class every lot, and export the finished bales by road and rail through the same border gateways our fuel logistics have used for years.

  • Direct sourcing from farmers — traceability to district level
  • Ginning, pressing and baling at certified regional plants
  • Every lot classed for staple, micronaire, moisture and trash
  • Export documentation, customs and transport handled by our own team
